Love this mount. Holds my tablet and radio perfectly. Makes it so the cubby is usable. So glad I ordered this one and canceled my order for the one that puts the tablet higher, and blocks your vision.

I have a samsung s20+ phone and I have to insert it just on one side of the unit on two of the hooks; even though its a big phone its too narrow to fit in all four hooks... even so, it holds it very well and firm, but its not centred like a mounted tablet would be.
Not a big deal at all, but just something to be aware of.
If anyone is wondering, yes a Ram X grip for a phone with a one inch ball will fit directly into the female socket of the extension included with this kit, so you could use a Ram X grip for a phone or use the provided grip when using a tablet.

Solid and easy to install. My KRX had the netting and rubber pad installed already. I installed with the rubber pad as I liked the no slip surface. I removed the net and the holes were not a perfect fit. I used a 1/16 drill bit and drilled some pilot holes on the top and through the rubber pad on the bottom. I used the supplied screws and added a thick washer on the top 2 holes so the mount would sit "level". Worked great and holds my 10" Samsung tablet and handheld rugged radio great!
