Through our racing experience and research we found a need for a better motor and transmission mount bushing for the KRX. The factory bushings are very soft which allows the transmission to sit too low in the chassis putting it in danger of hitting the chassis.
We have seen several transmission cases damaged from contacting the chassis, with the addition of our skid plate and bushings you can ensure your transmission will be safe from colliding with the frame.
These motor/transmission bushings provide over 7 times the amount of contact surface then the factory bushings. Just look at the pictures here of the stock bushings vs ours.
Our bushings are made from an 85A durometer polyurethane. After much testing, we found that this material holds up well and lasts a long time while not creating excess vibration.
This class 1 kit works on all 2020-present KRX & KRX4 1000.
