"PLEASE read first and follow the instructions. The entire assembly as a whole must be installed loosely as stated, and then parts are tightened in a sequence". If the procedure is not followed. The pins will be difficult to get in or out but the seats will still flip forward.

1. Remove the driver seat. 13mm ratchet.

Note:
When removing the "drivers" seat the rear bolts are longer than the front bolts on early krx 1000 made before 4/2021. These are the only "Odd" or different length bolts in the entire passenger or drivers assembly.

2. Install the two Long bent brackets to the krx frame using the stock hardware in the front, and two supplied Aluminum Cups in the rear. Use the two "longer" counter sunk bolts and 5mm allen wrench supplied. Tighten them completely.

3. Flip the seat upside down. Install the small bent brackets to the front of the seat mounts with the 3/8" quick pin hole towards the front. Use the new 8mm Flange head bolts and flange nuts supplied. The nut should be on the bottom. Tighten just enough, so that you can still move the brackets by hand.  13mm wrenches.

4. Install the small bracket with 2 holes connecting the two rear bolts on the seat from left to right. Use two 8mm cap head allen bolts and the 6mm allen wrench supplied.  Tighten just enough, so that you can still move the brackets by hand.

5. Install the seat into the KRX. Align each front bracket and push the quick pins through. The small upper bracket should be outside the lower brackets.

6. Now align the cap head allens installed in the rear of the seat into the aluminum cup locks installed on step 2. If they will not sit into the lower cups without force. Go back and loosen the lower large bent bracket for proper alignment.

7. If everything is assembled and aligned. Tighten everything with the seat in the car in the sitting position. Dont lift it up or flip forward to tighten anything. Tighten in the following order.

A. Tighten the two 8mm Cap head allens at the rear of the seat. 13mm wrench. If needed use pliers to hold the head on the allen to get it snug.

B. Tighten the front small bent bracket of step 3. 13mm wrench. The nuts are lock flange nuts which means they should not require a wrench to be tightened.

8. Thats should be it for the drivers side. Now install the passenger seat assembly.
